Volodimir Zelenszkij ukrán elnök csütörtök este előre megjósolhatónak és manipulatívnak nevezte Vlagyimir Putyin orosz elnöknek a tűzszünetről aznap mondott szavait, aki szerinte valójában elutasítani készül a javaslatot.
