Lánczi Tamás már februárban elismerte: azért foglalkoznak ők a „szuverenitásvédelemmel”, mert erre a feladatra a nemzetbiztonsági szerveket még nem lehet bevetni, mert csak a politika ingerküszöbét érik el, a titkosszolgálatokét nem.
