Az amerikai elnök azután jelentette be az Európai Unióból és Mexikóból érkező árukat sújtó 30 százalékos vámot, hogy Washington nem tudott megállapodásra jutni a kulcsfontosságú kereskedelmi szövetségesekkel folytatott több hetes tárgyalások során.
