Elítélték annak a Tolna megyei kórháznak az orvosát, ahol félrenyelt és meghalt egy Down-szindrómás fiú

Hiába világosították fel az orvost és az ápolót Krisztián nyelési problémáiról, a fiú pépes étel helyett szilárd ételt kapott. Az ügyben az ápolónőt felmentették, azonban az orvost egy év felfüggesztett fogházra ítélték.
