Karácsony Gergelyék már korábban bemutatták a részben még 2019-ben készült, Parkváros nevet viselő koncepciót. Felhőkarcolót nem, de 8-10 ezer lakást, hatalmas parkot és a Rákos-patakból duzzasztott tavat viszont álmodtak a területre.
