A Horváth László drogügyi kormánybiztos által benyújtott javaslat szerint a jövőben a dizájnerdrogok használata is bűncselekménynek minősülne. A rendőrség 72 órára őrizetbe vehetné a magatehetetlen vagy önveszélyes állapotban lévő embereket.
