Az Állami Számvevőszék szerint egyáltalán nem volt takarékos a jegybank, még a magánszférában sem adnak annyit cafeteria címén, mint az MNB-nél, de milliárdok mentek el festményekre is, a „minőségi irodai környezet” miatt.
