Experts in foreign policy and defence in Hungary’s previous government drew up a plan for the country’s development of its own satellite programme. Viktor Orbán liked the idea, but according to an investigation by Direkt36, he later handed the project to 4iG, a company with close ties to the Fidesz government, despite internal opposition.
